Work Hours
Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Position Responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and greets visitors.
- Operate a computer to enter, retrieve, and modify data.
- Provide information and assistance to clients.
- Performs various tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, filling, etc.
- Takes and relays messages, and initiate problem solution.
- Collect and review “Request for Tenancy Approval” packets for accuracy.
- Collect and review documents for appointments.
