Pinellas County is looking for PT/FT Election Call Center Operators. Call Center Operators are the foundation for providing accurate information to all voters!!

There are 2 types of positions available:

• Call Center Operators – various shift hours and days, throughout the year.
• Election Day Operators – works on Election Day only.

What is the Election Call Center responsible for?

• Providing information to voters.
• Processing Mail-In Ballot requests.
• Assist with various office duties.
• Handles precinct inquiries and other election- related questions.
• Updating voter records.

Training is provided. Necessary skills: Data entry and telephone customer service.
