A Letter from Our CEO
Thank you for visiting our site. As you explore this site and learn more about Personnel Solutions Plus (PSP), I hope you begin to see a few of the attributes that differentiate PSP. Before doing so, allow me to take a moment to share with you my staffing solutions experience.
As a military vet, I know all too well the difficulties of finding work. After an exhausting job search, I was provided an opportunity as a temporary worker. After a period of time, I was brought on board as a dispatcher directly with the staffing agency and promoted to account manager and project manager. Then, in executive management, working strategically with companies to explain the value of the service that works best for their operations. I learned the business from the ground up, and my hands-on experience afforded me the opportunity to gain a unique understanding of all facets of staffing. I discovered my passion for helping people find work, and this is when Personnel Solutions Plus (formerly MTM Solutions) was birthed. The key to the success of PSP lies within our team culture. I am the CEO, but make no mistake about it: I have simply provided a platform for other like-minded leaders to collaborate in our efforts to provide a superior service.
