Job Description

Work Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Position Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone calls and greets visitors.
  • Operate a computer to enter, retrieve, and modify data.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients.
  • Performs various tasks such as sorting and distributing mail, filling, etc.
  • Takes and relays messages, and initiate problem solution.
  • Collect and review “Request for Tenancy Approval” packets for accuracy.
  • Collect and review documents for appointments.
