Position Responsibilities

  • Coordinate lodging and travel arrangements.
  • Manage daily calendar.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Prepare excel spreadsheets.
  • Copy and scan documentation.


  • Must have a valid FL drivers license.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
